Hmmmm....

Okay...so I decided to give the diet a try...here's the thing...I am sooo horrible at commitment...that it's 1:30 in the afternoon and I've had 5 sips of hot lemon water.

According to my calculations I should be on my 4th cup of hot lemon water and finished with 3 glasses of ice water...

Man...and I thought sticking to exercise was hard!!!

I am telling ya, the thought of drinking hot water is just gross to me!!! The ice water thing I could totally do, but not hot. Good luck!

I've tried so many of the stinkin' diets....they are so hard to stick with! The one I stuck with the longest and seen results with was Weight Watchers, but of course - life happens and the weight is back on! It's very frustrating!!! I was thinking about signing up with LA Weightloss, that new plan they have for the $249 and lose all the weight you want....do you know anyone who's checked into it? I know I just need to eat better and exercise, but easier said than done sometimes! Anyway - good luck, keep us posted. **Also - let me know about the LA Weightloss thing, thanks!

I am trying this, but I am using tea bags instead of lemon. I think that lemon-water is a dieretic, so this may not work as good. I am limiting my carbs to like one a day (or tortillas instead of bread/buns) and more veggies and fruit. Hopefully the combo will help me feel leaner and better. Thanks for the info.
